8" Aluminum Pan (1 Serving Size). Fully Cooked, Just Re-Heat.
 
TO RE HEAT:
1. Thaw the meal in the refrigerator.
2. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
3. Heat meal in the oven at 375 WITH LID ON for approximately 30 mins or until meal is at desired temperature.
