As a husband and wife team (who planned their Central PA wedding from hundreds of miles away!), we understand the wedding planning process can be a bit daunting and even a little intimidating. Every vendor is unique and does the process differently, which can make it a bit overwhelming.
Our goal is to always make sure you feel 100% comfortable to ask any questions, and to truly capture the essence of your relationship in the food we serve. If you're into traveling, we want to know about that amazing dish you ate in Texas. If the two of you got engaged in Philadelphia, let us know; Chef Pat makes a mean Philly-Cheesesteak Inspired Egg Roll.
We also understand the importance of freshness, not only of the ingredients, but of getting the food from the flame to the table as efficiently as possible. Chef Pat hand-crafted a one-of-a-kind mobile kitchen to ensure our food is the absolute freshest it can be. What you experience at your menu tasting is easily replicable onsite with this invaluable tool.
No request is too small or too large for our team; we keep our eyes on the big picture while honing in on those small details to make your wedding day ultra-unique and personable. We look forward to working with you!

"Mountain Laurel Catering was so responsive from day 1. We were having an interracial wedding and wanted both Indian food and Italian food on the menu, as well as fusion options and Mountain Laurel delivered. We had a fusion menu for the cocktail hour and our friends and family are still raving about it.
My favorite part of the day was definitely the staff! They were all so, so friendly and had smiling faces all day. They were also very thoughtful and made sure that my husband and I always had the drink of our choice in our hands. They were also kind enough to bring our pre-ceremony snacks to us as we were hanging out prior to the wedding ceremony and our cocktail hour food in between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people to cater our wedding!"
