Signature Drinks for Your Wedding by Season


Your wedding day is sneaking up. There are a ton of little details left to button up. One of those fun details is signature drinks! This is a great way for you and your fiancé to express yourselves. Whether you choose your go to drink, or you'd like to spice it up with a fun drink to match the season - you can't go wrong with these signature drinks.


Signature Drinks for the Winter Wedding Season


Kiss Me Under the Mistletoe Margarita

If tequila is your liquor of choice, this is the drink for you! Make it fun with special garnishes like sugared cranberries and a lime! Ask us about our new drink garnish package!


The recipe -

  • coarse salt for the rim

  • 2 ounces Grand Marnier

  • 1 1/2 ounces Tequila

  • 2 ounces white cranberry juice

  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 ounce simple syrup

  • lime for garnish

  • fresh cranberries for garnish

Rim each glass with a lime wedge and dip in the coarse salt. Fill each glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, add the grand marnier, tequila, cranberry juice, lime juice and syrup and shake for 30 to 60 seconds. pour over the ice. Garnish with extra limes and fresh cranberries!


Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour

A fun twist on a bourbon sour! This is sure to be a favorite for even those that aren't bourbon fans.


The recipe -

  • 3 shots bourbon

  • 1 1/2 shots fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 shot dark amber maple syrup

  • 1 large sprig of rosemary (plus 2 small sprigs for garnish)

Crush the large sprig of rosemary in your hand and add to the shaker. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and ice to above the level of the liquid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain mixture into rocks glasses with ice and garnish with remaining rosemary sprig.


Signature Drinks for the Spring Wedding Season


The Garden Rose

This is a fun and creative spring option for your signature drinks! Rose water can be hit or miss - but when it is done right, it's a seasonal crowd favorite!


The recipe -

  • 1 oz Volcan de mi Tierra Blanco

  • .75 oz St Germain

  • .75 oz simple syrup

  • .75 oz lemon juice

  • 4 shakes rose water

  • 1 muddled strawberry

Instructions Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into coupe glass. Top with cava and garnish with mixed dried flowers

There isn't much that tastes better than a crisp drink on a hot summer day. Pick something fun and fruity to make your guests rave!


Vibrant Sunrise

The recipe -

  • 1/3 of a blood orange, muddled

  • 2 oz Royal Gate Gin

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • Dash of agave

  • Cayenne and salt for rim

  • Blood orange slice and thyme sprig to garnish

Muddle the blood orange in a shaker, add gin, lemon and lime juice, and agave. Add ice and shake. Salt the rim of a rocks glass with spicy salt. Pour over new ice and garnish with orange slice and thyme sprig.


Bramble Smash

The recipe -

  • 2 - ½" lemon wedges

  • 2 - ½" lime wedges

  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup

  • 4 blackberries, plus more for garnish

  • 4 blueberries, plus more for garnish

  • 4 raspberries, plus more for garnish

  • 1/4 cup vodka

Using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, mash lemon wedges, lime wedges, simple syrup, 4 blackberries, 4 blueberries, and 4 raspberries in a 16-oz. mixing glass or a cocktail shaker 4–5 times just to release juices and oils. Add vodka. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Fill halfway with crushed ice, stir, then mound more crushed ice on top. Garnish with berries.


Fall Cocktails for a Wedding

  • orange wedges for the glass

  • 1/2 cinnamon + 1 tablespoon sugar for the rim

  • 3 tablespoons apple butter

  • 2 ounces bourbon

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 4 to 6 ounces chilled ginger ale or ginger beer

  • fresh figs for garnish

Rim your glass with an orange wedge. Stir together the cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Dip the rim in the cinnamon sugar.


Fill a shaker glass with ice. Add the apple butter, bourbon and a pinch of cinnamon. Shake well for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into the glass. Fill the glass with ginger ale or ginger beer and serve!


  • 1 bottle, standard size of pinot grigio

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider

  • 1 cup club soda

  • 1/2 cup ginger brandy

  • 3 honey crisp apples, chopped

  • 3 pears, chopped

Combine all ingredients together and stir. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
