Light, Bright & Be Married Signature Cocktail Ideas for your Winter Wedding
Just because the temperature's dropped; you can still have a sizzling signature cocktail menu at your wonderland wedding.
Let's start with some cool weather fruits and flavors: cranberry, pumpkin, apple, pomegranate, cherry, blackberry, grapefruit, pear, kiwi, orange; and spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, peppermint, vanilla, chocolate, and EGGNOG- the list goes on. Check out some of these cool cocktail ideas we came up with.

Spiced Apple Cider Sangria:
o 4 cups apple cider o 1 bottle of white wine (such as Pinot Grigio) o 1/2 cup brandy o 2 apples, sliced o 1 orange, sliced o Cinnamon sticks and star anise for garnish Combine the ingredients in a large pitcher or punch bowl, chill, and serve over ice.

Cranberry Mule:
o 2 oz vodka o 1 oz cranberry juice o 1/2 oz fresh lime juice o Ginger beer o Fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig for garnish Fill a copper mug with ice, add vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Peppermint White Russian:
o 1.5 oz vodka o 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa) o 1 oz peppermint schnapps o 2 oz heavy cream or half-and-half o Crushed candy canes for rimming the glass Rim a glass with crushed candy canes. In a shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, peppermint schnapps, and cream. Shake with ice and strain into the prepared glass.

Winter Wonderland Martini:
o 2 oz vanilla vodka o 1 oz white chocolate liqueur o 1/2 oz crème de cacao (white) o Crushed ice o White sugar for rimming the glass Rim a martini glass with white sugar. In a shaker, combine vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and crème de cacao. Shake with ice and strain into the prepared glass.

Hot Buttered Rum:
o 2 oz dark rum o 1 tbsp hot buttered rum batter (mix brown sugar, butter, and spices) o Hot water o Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish In a mug, add the rum and hot buttered rum batter. Fill the mug with hot water, stir until the batter dissolves, and top with freshly grated nutmeg.

Winter Berry Fizz:
o 2 oz gin o 1 oz elderflower liqueur o 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice o Sparkling water o Fresh cranberries and a lemon twist for garnish In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with cranberries and a lemon twist.
